Dear Dan, Every day we miss you. We always wish you were here sharing with us and we sharing with you. Every January 10th is a cold day for us, but especially for me, Rosa because my life stops this day every year as it stopped that January 10th of 2011 when you left us. You are in our thoughts and hearts everyday, but despite of it, my life stayed cold and dark since the day you were gone. As every year, we do something special, go for a hike, make your favorite recipe, talk about you. We celebrated you this year going to a jazz concert and to our surprise the last song they interpreted was the song they used for your tribute in Mexico. I just cried. Today, remembering the time your life ended, we went to a hike spread some of your ashes to the beauty of nature and sent love to you wherever you are. I miss your voice, your stories, your wisdom, your intelligence and love. Gio is doing well and everyday he seems to be more and more like you. He misses you and he keeps you in his heart forever.
